1970's Hand painted, beautiful vintage original Japanese watercolour painting

Beautiful vintage original Japanese watercolour painting of a bird & flowers. A delightful painting unfortunately I cannot read the artists name or the writing, so if anybody can help me with this I will be most grateful. The frame has a fair amount of wear and tear but the painting itself is in very good condition.
