Antique victorian handpainted gypsy mirrors in oak frames, beautiful pair

Antique Victorian / Edwardian'Gypsy' Mirrors. Etched jardinières with swallows & flowersroses, wisteria and foliage. Lovely tones and reflective quality. They are matching as a set but flowers and birds are different on each one. Framed in a heavy Oak wood frame with plain and gold inner recesses.

The etched & raised flower vases with hand painted red & pink roses, and hand painted swallows all sit on the reverse side of the glass. Measuring approx 84 cm high, 54 cm wide.

A little distress to both mirrors, acceptable with age, and it doesn't distract the attractiveness of the paintings. Two very special rare original antique 19th/20th century mirrors.
