This is a antique miniature portrait painting it appears to be a after Rembrandt painting of a Polish Nobleman it is even signed Rembrand missing the T. I guess this is more like a tribute painting and a nice one at that, the bone over wood frame is in good shape I think the painting is done on a thin piece of bone, it is in good condition for its age.
