18k yellow gold Hand painted portrait pin/pendant with diamond chip accents. It measures 2" long including the bale x 1" wide. The metal is 18k yellow gold. The pin has a bale if you want to wear it as a pendant and a regular pin back to wear it as a brooch.

The portrait is hand painted and is features small diamond chip accents on her forehead, her necklace, a shoulder pin and earrings. She has a lovely etched and filigree designed frame in 18K yellow gold. Just a little bit of sparkle! The weight is 8.8 grams. It is stamped K18 Italy on the back and the condition is good with slight wear.
